Live Animal Shipping

We ship to all the 48 contiguous states as well as Hawaii and Alaska¹.

All animals are shipped overnight air delivery to your doorstep or to the closest UPS Customer Center (scheduled with you by email after order is received).

Shipping Rates

48 Contiguous States	$29.95 - $44.95 (plus a $5.95 packing fee²)
Hawaii	$89.95 (plus a $5.95 packing fee²).
Alaska³	$74.95 - $199.95 (plus a $5.95 packing fee²)

¹Hawaii and Alaska shipping may have additional costs, or not be available, to certain locations or during certain times of the year. If additional shipping cost is necessary or shipping in unavailable you will always be contacted post-order with any available options.

²The packing fee helps us cover the cost of sparing no expense on our insulated shipping boxes, longer-lasting-than-average heat packs (in cases of delays this matters a LOT), cold packs, phase 22 packs, animal containers, fish bags and liners.

³At checkout, you will be charged the minimum amount ($74.95 + $5.95) and if additional shipping cost is necessary, based on your exact zip code, we will contact you with the additional amount required and the option to pay the additional amount or cancel the order. 

Delivery Scheduling

When an animal order is received, one of our staff will reach out to you via email to offer potential delivery days based on weather conditions, our shipping schedule, and your availability of receipt. 

Shipping Schedule

Cutoff Time: 3pm cst

Animal orders can be shipped Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, or Thursdays for next-day delivery. Animal orders placed Friday - Sunday are able to be shipped the following Monday, at the earliest. Orders placed before 3pm CST can ship out same-day, orders placed after the cut-off time will ship out the next available shipping day, if desired. 

Signature Confirmation

All animal orders require signature confirmation at delivery for the safety of the animal. If a signature is not possible and/or someone will not be available for delivery you can let us know and we can have the package held at the nearest UPS/FedEx/USPS facility where you can pick it up during their business hours. 

Shipping Container

Animals are packaged by our shipping experts in insulated boxes with heat packs or cold packs, when necessary. We always reserve the right to delay shipments based on weather conditions, freight company delay frequency, or other factors that Pet Central deems dangerous for the animal's health.

• Delays are infrequent but do happen. We package to be able to handle delays. In the event of a delivery delay, contact us as soon as possible.
